The project marked a strategic shift for the company — transitioning away from a previous delivery partner and bringing their flagship training product in-house as a comprehensive, video-based learning experience.
Over the course of several months, we transformed raw recorded sessions, slide decks, and supporting documentation into a structured 22-hour self-paced course. This included curriculum organization, scripting refinement, detailed video editing, and the creation of a cohesive brand identity for the program. The final product was carefully engineered to meet continuing education (CE) standards, requiring precise module segmentation, compliance-ready documentation, and clearly defined assessment pathways. Beyond content production, we architected the full Thinkific learning environment — building modules, uploading multimedia assets, configuring quizzes and completion requirements, and designing a branded course player and sales pages. The result was a robust, cloud-based LMS that empowers the client to manage enrollment, user progress, marketing promotions, and future course expansion independently. This project combined instructional design, technical execution, video production, branding, and compliance strategy into a single, scalable digital product — creating a sustainable revenue stream and a polished educational experience that reflects the organization’s authority in its field.
